How to build a dog has always been a big concern for me. I am always looking to duplicate the atmosphere of my favorite sports teams, or groups that I belong too. In this case, I want to build a dojo that will have the same spirit as the Soka Gomi school or the Aikido school or any other sort of martial arts that I belong too. That is why I am always on the look out for an advanced tech like myself who wants to make a little more cash in the fast paced world of business.
If you are a dojo teacher who wants to get into the advanced degree programs of teaching, you know that there is no place like the internet. You can virtually visit hundreds of colleges and universities and take courses at no cost at all. There are even free videos and mp3 files that you can download so that you can learn everything you need to know about advanced venues for your classes. But with all these sites, it is easy to forget how easy it is to find a way to get hold of some advanced venues.
So, how to build a dog when it comes to the internet? Well, when you have a passion for something, you simply cannot help but learn how to use the tools that make it possible. This is what we have learned from Peter the other day. He took us by the hand and led us all through the learning process until we found out exactly what we needed to do in order to be successful in teaching martial arts and making a living in an academic setting.
So, what is this stuff that he was talking about that we all have to understand when it comes to how to build a dojo? I have been involved in teaching a lot of different styles of martial arts. I have studied various books and DVDs that have helped me get better at my craft. I have taken various training techniques and applied them into real life situations. I have learned some great mindsets that have really influenced my approach and made me a better martial artist. But I still have so much more to learn.
How To Build A Dojo?
One of the things that I have seen a lot of people struggle with is that they have not found a sensei that they can connect with. That sensei is going to be your role model for all that you do. If you cannot see your guru in person, then how are you going to emulate their teachings? How are you ever going to become good? When you are in the company of your guru, you have a sense of security that you will never be lost.
This is also why I have been trying to share this message with my students. The best way to learn how to build a dog is to actually be in the community-building environment. If you have somebody who you can follow and learn from, you are going to be able to replicate their success. You will never be as good as those people, because you never had to go through the trials and tribulations that they went through. So what I want you to understand about these people is that they had to figure out how to build a dojo in the first place.
I am not saying that you should copy the sensei. That would be too bad. What I am saying is that you should emulate their approach. If you do that you are going to be able to get to the point where you are always competing with others, but you are also going to be having fun. So it makes sense that to be able to do that, you should try to find a winter camp in your area.
There is a sensei just a couple of weeks away from you can follow his teachings. If you are looking for a sensei, or even if you are just looking for some people around you to listen to, you should try and find one in your area this winter. It will be a lot of fun learning how to build a dojo together with the people around you.
